1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Promenario app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Promenario, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Promenario provides self-guided walking tour guides for cities worldwide. The first 5 stops of each guide are available for free. Full guides require a City Pass or an active subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Freemium Model

Promenario operates on a freemium basis with the following tiers:

• Free tier — Access to the first 5 stops of any guide, at no cost.
• City Pass — A one-time purchase that unlocks all stops for a single city, with no expiration.
• Subscription — An auto-renewing plan providing unlimited access to all guides across every available city.

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your store account settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from the app without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Promenario — including tour guides, text, images, maps, audio, and software — is the property of Promenario or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the app or its content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Promenario is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including tour information and directions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promenario and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app or its content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Promenario service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update pricing, features, or available content. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. The revised terms will be effective as of the "Last updated" date shown above. Your continued use of Promenario after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the app.
